Don’t do these things if you want to succeed as a balloon artist 🎈 1. USE CHEAP BALLOON KITS- balloon kits from Amazon/Shein/Temu are not to be trusted ❌ the quality is terrible and the garlands will never turn out like the photo promises. I only ever use high-quality 100% latex balloons from UK wholesalers. 2. INFLATE A CUSTOMER’S BALLOONS- there are so many reasons why I say no to this, but mainly it’s a quality issue. It’s also just pretty RUDE. Would you bring a steak to a restaurant and ask them to cook it? No! Then please don’t ask me to blow up your balloons! 3. SUPPORT BALLOON RELEASES- I would never provide balloons to a customer who wanted to use them for a balloon release. It’s terrible for the environment and wildlife and just a really dumb thing to do. 4. USE SHOP-BOUGHT HELIUM- those little canisters are very expensive and the quality just can’t be trusted. I only use premium-grade helium to ensure long-lasting balloons. I get my industrial helium canisters directly from BOC. 5. WORK FOR INFLUENCERS FOR FREE- I have an established business and value my time too much to work for free 💁‍♀️ I have done collabs in the past but truthfully, I’ve never found it to be that useful to growth.
